Lukas Nöh, Ph.D.

Lukas Nöh is Head of Unit for Public Finance and Financial Markets. He joined the scientific staff of the GCEE as economist in August 2019. Between 2014 and 2019, he was a PhD student and research assistant at the Chair of Public Finance of the Goethe University Frankfurt. In addition, he was Editorial Assistant for the FinanzArchiv / Public Finance Analysis. He submitted his doctoral thesis entitled “Sovereign Debt, Maturities, and Risk Management” in July 2019 in which he analysed the structure and effects of government bonds. He studied Economics and Business Administration at the University of Siegen.
