Spring Report 2025 to be published on 21 May

– On 21 May 2025, the GCEE will publish its Spring Report 2025, which will consist of the updated economic outlook for the years 2025 and 2026 and three additional chapters on bureaucracy, structural change and the fiscal package.

Reappointment of Monika Schnitzer to the GCEE

– The Federal Government has proposed to the Federal President the reappointment of Monika Schnitzer to the German Council of Economic Experts until February 2030 and this was approved.
