On 15 May 2024 the German Council of Economic Experts will publish its Spring Report 2024, which will consist of the Economic Outlook for the years 2024 and 2025 and a chapter on sustainable freight transport.
The summary of the outlook will be available online on 15 May 2024 at 15.30 hrs. The full report will be made available as soon as possible.
For the first time this year, a chapter of the Annual Report will be published in spring with the Economic Outlook. This marks the beginning of the switch to a new publication rhythm. Instead of one very extensive publication in November, the topics will be spread over two publication dates. The Economic Outlook will be published every half year – in May and November. The Spring Report hence includes additional chapters reading the number of chapters published in November. This will make it easier to react promptly to current topics over the course of the year.
